Shipping Options
The amount of shipping added to your order depends on where you live as well
as the products you have chosen to purchase. Once you have completed shopping,
click on the Checkout button. We will then ask you to check your billing and
shipping address. At that time, youll see a subtotal for your order, along
with the applicable tax and estimated shipping charges. If the amount looks
acceptable, you can continue through the checkout process to purchase the products.
If for any reason you are unhappy, you can easily exit the checkout process
at this stage.
The cost of delivery will be shown prior to checking out and is calculated based
on the weight of the total order.
Here are some typical costs for a BusinessPost Delivery (UK Mainland) - shown
as an example only:
UPTO 5KG = £5.95
UPTO 10KG = £12.95
UPTO 15KG = £14.95
UPTO 25KG = £17.95
Smaller items such as mobile covers and hand frees will been sent buy Royal
Mail and will
Cost cheaper to send.
We make every endeavour to ensure that our shipping charges are correct. However
in exceptional circumstances we may need to revise our shipping estimate. If
this becomes necessary we will contact you ASAP with the revised cost and you
will then have the opportunity to continue or cancel your order.
Shipping Terms
We start processing your order the day it is received. 97% of our orders are
shipped and handled within 24-48 hours and despatched from our warehouses based
in Nottingham. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders that have
not shipped by Friday at 4 p.m. GMT will be despatched on Monday.
SupaSave Computers & Mobiles accepts no responsibility for late deliveries
where such delivery is under the control of a third party. Furthermore we will
accept no liability for any loss, costs or other expenses resulting from the
late delivery of goods.
Customers agree to inspect the goods upon receipt - any claim for damaged goods
will only be accepted within 24hrs of delivery.
Order Status
Once the order is placed, your order status becomes available online. In order
to retrieve your order status online, please return to your account centre by
clicking the "My Account" link above. A transaction record is also
emailed to you upon completion of the checkout process. It serves as a payment
receipt which we strongly encourage your to keep for your own personal records.
All shipments will have a detailed VAT invoice attached.
Returns And Faulty Goods
If you find that an item is faulty you must Contact us and see if we can help.
If we cannot help
We will issue you with a RMA number, which you must send back with the product
(also explain the fault with the product) and use in all correspondence with
us.
Once we receive the product our technical team will have look at it and if found
to be faulty we will send out a replacement however if the product is O.K. we
will charge administrative + p&p costs to you.
Products are not sold on a "trial basis" therefore please ensure
that the item(s) you are purchasing are fit for the purpose you require. If
you want to return unopened goods there will a Restocking cost 25% of the value
of the goods or £10 which ever is greater.
All Software once opened cannot be refunded and any program problems must directed
to the original manufacturer of the program.
